I read to contact your host to fix PHP errors like that. Those last two are errors that were popping up. ![]() Minimum 300 is required, 600 is recommended. This would show as well under the Porto status page: I can’t even figure out how to update either one. As soon as I click update, it gives me the errors and crashes the site. ‘Authorization code is invalid or can’t connect to API servers!’ These are the errors I was getting when trying to update Porto and WPB Reactivating all plugins restored the site again.Īll other plugins are up to date mind you. When I clicked to try and update the two plugins again, it crashed again. So I reactivated all of them and it restored the website! (mind you that the two updates never went through, they both gave me errors and just crashed the site). After everyone was deactivated, it was still broken. The first time this happened, I tried to deactivate every plugging one by one hoping it was just a small plugin causing the problem. Its just a bunch of code and everything is ruined. ![]() ![]() However when we TRY to update either one, it crashes the whole site. We have a WordPress site that is using a Porto theme and WPBAKER Page Builder.īoth of these were outdated and needed to be updated. I’m not a coder or super advanced, so please bare with me.
